Mary would emphasize the importance of clearing 1st Depth and 4th Depth to support all physical body need. 1st Depth and 4th Depth help us to unload all accumulation in the body. Accumulation encumbers the digestive, mental, physical and spiritual aspects of the body’s energy. Explore ways to process the information overload that impacts us daily. 1st Depth and 4th Depth help to Harmonize and Flow. Let Go and Be the Now Know Myself.
